Period, ovulation or implantation bleeding?!

Hey ladies I need some help, I have called my dr. But their office is closed this week till Monday 😩

I have a 3 month baby boy, he was 14 weeks on Wednesday. I quit BF at about 10-11 weeks (so 3ish weeks ago) but was supplementing about a week or two before stopping. I have not had a period until now...I think?

Around the 12-14th I had watery wet CM (not stretchy or sticky/egg white)

I woke up Tuesday with brown discharge which I never have but thought ok my period is coming, felt like I was wet down there all day Tuesday but there was only drops on my underwear so I put a tampon in and every time I wiped there was just light pink/red on the paper very light all day long and when i took the tampon out there was hardly anything on it, And once on Wednesday when I wiped there was light pink/red. I have not had anything since then, only mild cramping every now and then. Today i had quite a bit egg white/stretchy CM once when i wiped. I’m so confused as to if that was my period, ovulation spotting or implantation bleeding? Anyone ever experience this or something similar and if so what was it? There is no telling since this will be my first of whatever this is since having my baby. Thanks!!
