struggling with accepting the break up.

On March 16th it made my one year anniversary with my ex which we celebrated even while having a hard time in our relationship... This man has put his hands on me so many times, cheated (not sexually), and we just had so many problems but we've been through everything together. from us being homeless together to coming up together but recently, I set him up to see if he'd physically cheat on me and take it that far and he did. now i know I'm done with him for good, I'm just having a hard time accepting I won't be laying next to him at night or being with him everyday now. someone please tell me how I can get over this...
