Should I take another test?

Hey all, I need advice on if you think I should take another at home test. I last had sex with my husband about a month ago and took a test two weeks ago as I’ve been having a lot of the early pregnancy symptoms, it came back negative (as I expected as I’m on nexplanon—getting that removed April 9th) so fast forward to now. Its been 2 weeks since the at home test, I had a weird random “period” (lasted 7 days but 4 of those were just spotting and the period was entirely random and just way different than normal) I’m still having these symptoms even worse now actually. But this nexplanon has me confused on if I should take another test. Please give me your advice!
