When should I take a pregnancy test ?

I had sex on my ovulation days and since then it’s has been a week or so. I have been few sleepy and my boobs hurt but my boobs normally hurt when my period is about to come on. The only thing different is that I’m cramping a lot with no blood just light cramps. Normally I only cramp on my period IF I’m bleeding so that’s something different. I haven’t been that hungry but I have been eating I do fee different then normal , I have been feeling sick a lot but not throwing up I been eating kind of hot also. My period is supposed to come on the 6th of April so what do you guys think.
