Help!! Need advice!!

This is not my first pregnancy but it’s so so so different than the others it feels like my first. With that being said I’m high risk for having two premature babies back to back and a miscarriage, I also have an incompetent uterus and I tend to start dilating before time. I’ve been having contractions since about 10 weeks but they’ve gotten stronger and feel like cramps now les like Braxton Hicks. Yesterday I was in pain and having contractions and I have this throbbing pain in my butt after i got my makenna shot. I just wanna know should I be worried. I’ve been drinking water and I’ve even taken Tylenol for the contractions ( that usually helps) I just don’t want to go in and it be a waste of time and I’m just over reacting. Pleas help any advice would be great.
