My baby is 3 mo this 2 days and hasn’t poop in two days

So like a few weeks ago she went thrue a growth spur and she was eating tooo much so I want getting enough breastmilk so I had to use formula so it was half and half and she poop just fine. So I keep doing half breast milk and formula and it was fine so now I have enough breast milk so I been latching her more often since yesterday and is been two days and she hasn’t poop.. any idea what’s going on?? She does pee a lot doe and sometimes when she burps she spits milk out too. She’s always putting her whole hand in her mouth idk if she’s teething and that’s causing her not to poop I have no idea
