TMI pic but Help please, early stages of herpes???

I have this bump and I think it might be herpes.. it doesn’t hurt because ive had zits down there that were painful especially when i popped them (usually big pops) the only thing is this one won’t pop like my precious acne, it’s red and looks hurt because I’ve been poking at it for the past few days! I haven’t had any symptoms like pain, itching or trouble urinating but this bump is just so scary that i really don’t know! Anyone with herpes have something similar at in the early stages?
