It’s always been so hard for me to gain weight, gaining a couple pounds wasn’t hard, but keeping on the weight was the hardest

Fast forward to June 2017 i went into kidney failure, i couldn’t hold anything down for weeks, i would just gag at the sight of food, but i had to force myself to eat to the point where it’s made me viciously throw it right back up and pass out (and scare the shit out of my boyfriend) i was in the hospital for a week on IV fluids and antibiotics, i was initially treated for a UTI i didn’t know i had but it went to my bladder and to my kidneys, when i say i thought i was dying i literally texted my sister before going to the hospital telling her i thought i was dying (after a week i finally went to the hospital when my temp hit 104.3) the nurse was so shocked when I walked up when they called my name in the waiting room, from the blood work they had done she thought i was an 80 year old woman, my blood pressure and at rest heart rate was threw the roof (the numbers i can’t remember) my white blood cell count was at 22 they told me it should be around 10. My creatinine levels where at 7 (Abnormally high levels of creatinine thus warn of possible malfunction or failure of the kidneys) the doctor described it to be as 1 is really good 2 is okay 3 is fine 4 is kinda bad 5 is extremely bad. And my levels were 7.

Can’t even see my ankles

Before getting sick and going to the hospital i weighed between 115-120lbs, after i was finally sent home and the swelling went down from the IV fluids i weighed 108lbs, everyone who saw me noticed how sick i looked even going home from the hospital was really hard for me because i was still bed ridden for a few weeks, i tried going back to work a month after and i passed out on the job and i had to leave, it literally took all of my energy from me my left front side of my stomach hurt extremely bad, felt like i had a broken rib, i had to have my bf with me every time i went out, i would stop because i couldn’t catch my breath, my side hurt so bad when i walked too much, i got dizzy and light headed all the time

2 weeks after getting out of the hospital

(Finally started eating more)
