I need medical help ?

Our hospital in the uk is shocking and I don’t really want to go down to a&e; until I have to
I’m not pregnant ☹️ the test say no I had a light period.
But I have a nasty dull pain what feels like near my appendix now I don’t have any appendix’s 
And I’ve had it for days now and I’m ovulating I’m half way through! 
So the pain on my right side low down near my ovaries 
Do you think it could be a cyst ? Do I need to be worried 😮

Im from uk just call 111... they are call handlers and assess whats up they then decided whether you go to out to hours or wait. Usually out of hours are in hospitals. They can call you back if they cant get a doctor to,speak to you over phone and call waiting time is usually up to three hours and if you go to out of hours you can wait up to three hours also as they are normally bus. But these are just the time scales they give to be prepared but ive never waited longer than two hours
