Did your breasts get bigger while pregnant and could you breastfeed?

I’m just curious because I was unable to breastfeed my daughter and my breasts did not get any bigger while I was pregnant. Multiple lactation consultants asked me if my breasts got bigger while pregnant(I am very small chested) but never told me if that was a direct contributing factor as to why I could not produce hardly any breastmilk. My daughter also never learned to latch well(no lip or tongue tie) just wouldn’t even with a nipple shield and I wasn’t set up with a pump until 2 days postpartum(pumped every 2 hours for 6 weeks never got more than half an oz) so I’m wondering if those were the main factors in me not producing or if i would’ve had a problem anyway because of my breasts. I’m just curious if anyone has had a similar experience. Thank you!
