TTC after a miscarriage.

This is a little long,well I have pcos and I got pregnant in dec 2017 miscarried Jan 2018 and since then I haven’t had a period and I really want a baby!😞Question is can I still ovulate without a period?I want to go and get ovulation sticks and test everyday even though I’m not getting a period,what do I ladies think?Doctors just tell me to wait and I feel like there’s so many ladies that get pregnant after a miscarriage within weeks.I don’t wanna wait any longer..😞I want my rainbow 🌈 baby.
