Diet advice!!!!

I exercise ALOT but I know that eating healthy plays a big part of weight loss & im not gonna lie eating healthy is a struggle for me. It’s a challenge especially when you see other people eating food that you can’t. But I really hate the way I look.. the only parts of my body I like are my curves and butt.. I’ve talked to & did research on people who try diets like weight watchers Atkins etc & a lot of people were saying that after the diet they gained the weight back...I don’t want that to happen & me be at square one again. I want to keep the weight off. But I honestly don’t know what to do when it comes to eating better to lose weight I don’t know really what to eat or what diet to do.. does anybody have any advice to help me eat better to lose weight? If so please give me your advice!! Thank you!
