ok so I'm not totally vegan I'm going for vegetarian but as of right now the only meats I eat are a lot of fish and rarely some chicken. but I was also wondering are there any of you guys that know of any healthy actually filling snacks to take to work ? and I'm slowly getting into zero waste I was wondering if anyone tried those shampoo bars are they drying? I have thick hair that was processed to hell in high school and it takes all day to dry on it's own so I don't need anything drying.
