General rule of thumb from my doc, if it is hot enough to make you sweat, it’s too hot for baby. Limit the temp to lower than you might normally use and don’t spend an hour, just 15-30 minutes.

I’ve had 6 babies. Baths are absolutely safe as long as you don’t make the water too hot. I seriously lived in the bath during my pregnancies.

Not HOT baths, warm baths :) towards the end i think you can only sit in one for 10 or so minutes. But for now, an epsom salt bath with some essential oils is not bad. You can swim while pregnant can’t you?

It’s safe just make sure if you’re having a hot bath to drink ice water to help keep your body temp normal

Hot baths are not safe. I’m personally not a fan of lukewarm baths so have just been avoiding them altogether.

My midwife has been suggesting baths with Epson salt to help me sleep so id  say it's safe.

As long as the water isn’t scolding hot, you should be fine. I can’t get out of my tub now so I stopped taking baths lmfao but I did before my belly got so big. It’s relaxing & helped me with the aches I was having. Enjoy your bath hun 😊
