Baby Shower Invites???

Okay so I am having my baby shower in June, and I'm curious if I should invite coworkers. Thing is, I haven't worked with them since November (due to high risk pregnancy) and so I haven't talked to any of them since then, except for the occasional time I see them in the grocery and such. I have one coworker who I talk to a bit, and I've seen a few times since then, so I plan on inviting her, but should I bother inviting everyone else? My mom says I shouldn't since I haven't talked to them for a while, but I feel like it would be rude if I didn't invite them!! Especially if I'm inviting one already!!
