Do I have a good chance of a bfp on our first round?

I know this is expecting a lot and probably just getting my hopes up, but if all of my reproductive organs are healthy and working just fine should I have a good chance of getting a bfp on our first round of clomid and iui? We are doing iui because my dh is unable to have kids so we are injecting with donor sperm. As far as I know from the blood tests, ultra sounds, and hsg test everything on my part is good!
