Is this really happening?!

I had my second IUI March 28th. My first IUI I pretty much knew instantly that AF was coming but I read into EVERYTHING way too much and convinced myself of the possibility that I was experiencing pregnancy symptoms. This time around I wanted to try to let the TWW go by without focusing on symptoms and HPTs..... yea right! For the most part I did good! Of course I was aware of how o felt but didn’t want to assume anything. I definitely felt different though... in a good way! Until a couple of days ago o started to experience some cramping but it was almost more like ovulation cramps. I went to the bathroom one night and had brown spotting. I NEVER spot before AF, it just comes full flow. But I still assumed it was AF and I balled my eyes out. I put a tampon in and the next morning it was clean. I was so confused! I went through the day with no bleeding but still mild cramping. The next day I put a tampon in and still nothing. Yesterday I did the same. Nothing. I told myself I wasn’t going to test this cycle but I just felt like I should. Well I did last night and it was instantly positive. I couldn’t believe it! I have my blood test today to confirm! I really hope this is happening!
