Is my babies head supposed to flop forward like this in her car seat?

It’s rear facing and the base is tilted accordingly but the angle shes sitting at makes her head flop forward. I feel like surely im doing something wrong?

But I’ve followed all of the instructions.

I’m so scared to sit in the front seat in case she can’t breath. I always get my partner to drive so I can sit in the back and hold up her head.

However he’s back at work next week so I’ll be on my own and we have lots of appointments so I’m gonna have to drive with her in the back by herself
