Thoughts?

I started birth control about 3 weeks ago (I start my sugar pills Sunday) and we have been having unprotected sex the entire time I’ve been taking them. He has never came in me and always pulls out when he’s close to cumming. I know pregnancy can still be possible through Pre cum though. Anyways, I’ve been noticing more moistness down there? My discharge seems watery and sort of white. Is this an early sign of pregnancy or am I just over analyzing?
