IUI with low motility?

Question

Anyone have any success with IUIs when the Hubby has low sperm
motility? All good on my end, not taking any medications pre-IUI, but his  little swimmers just don't go anywhere.

We (he) have been taking vitamins and his counts went from 2% motility to 43%. I’m praying there’s a chance cus otherwise it’s ivf or bust!

I got pregant on first IUI, my husband has 2% normal sperm and i know the clinic centrifuges the sperm to insert only those in a good shape, it worked wonderfully!! Now trying for pregnancy #2 and following the protocol, second round on clomid and if not working on our own after 3rd round we will start with IUI. Good luck dear, stay positive!

My husband’s urologist that is a male fertility specialist recommended he take Co-Q10 supplement (he takes 200mg once a day) to improve sperm forward motion/motility. Since he started taking it my husband’s sperm do have much better forward motion.

I got pregnant the first time with low motility. my husband and I refrained from sex for 2 while weeks before the iui... and on the day of the procedure.... they told us the motility was higher than ever before.... ALSO.... most IVFor IUI places put the sperm in a liquid caffiene substance to help the swimmers out :) worked for me.

i got a bfp with my 2nd iui and my husband had only 35% motility. he was told to drink pineapple juice.
