double stroller help

due in Oct so I have time but need to figure out which one I like to know the cost. This will be for my currently 18m old and the new baby.

I have a Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan now for my 2nd and love it other then it broke so quickly and CS was a pain to get a replacement. I know what I like though for a stroller:

-big basket so 1 kid cannot take up my basket

- bassinet seat plus toddler seat or a seat that converts like what I have now. That bassinet seat was key the first few months.

- folds easily and not too big

- can adjust to fit me at 5'4" and hubby at 6'1"

- not too big to go shopping with or too wide for doors

- no need for a car seat adaptor as we do not use infant seats. we use convertable seats from birth.

- if it allows to go back to a 1 seater once my toddler is older that is a plus but not a deal breaker
