Best vitamin supplements while breastfeeding
Hi Mommas!
I just had my little boy five days ago and was wanting some recommendations on prenatal/postnatal vitamins that are safe for breastfeeding. The ones I had been taking while pregnant are not safe to take while nursing, also I had read somewhere that certain prenatal vitamins are not safe while breastfeeding because of the amount of Iron in them is too much for an infant.
