Yes, they CAN do damage to your body. Any get skinny quick scheme, is going to hurt your body. Not only can our body not process the harmful, synthetics. But it's pushing your body to lose weight in an unhealthy way. A lot of our weight, is bloat. You can EASILY lose 5-15 pounds just by not over eating, and only drinking water through out the day. Sure. Like pills might make you look good for a short period. But feel good? Feel good about yourself? Nahh. That feeling comes from hard work and dedication to your body.
