Why can’t I get girls?

This has been such a struggle. I’m bisexual and it’s really hard for me to find a girl that wants to experiment even though lots of girls I know are bisexual and experiment.....Just not with me they tell me. I swear it’s like I’m too nasty or ugly to do things with. It urks me so much. I’ve never had the experience that I wanna have. And I refuse to try tinder or some other app because I just think it’s unnecessary. What can I do to find someone who actually wants to do things with me?
