house up in flames at 4 AM

I woke up this morning to loud banging and rumbling, honestly sounded like our upstairs neighbor was moving furniture. I decided to get up and go knock on his door to ask him to stop, as it was 4 AM, as I was putting pants on, I suddenly heard my sisters yelling in their apartment next door, I just assumed they were pissed about the neighbor so I woke my husband up and told him we need to go deal with them, then I heard our front door swing open and my sisters screaming "GET OUT THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE!!"

I jumped into panic mode, I ran to my daughters room, grabbed her and a blanket, and ran right outside with her, my sisters were outside with our upstairs neighbor, who was COVERED in burns, head to toe, the rumbling, was him falling down the stairs because he couldn't walk. He woke up to his entire bedroom on fire! My sisters were naked, only had a blanket around them, and were calling 911, I handed my daughter to my sister and ran back inside, we have 3 pets that are like family and I HAD to get them. I ran back in and our apartment was filling with smoke

Our dogs wouldnt get out of their bed, they were just laying there, so I pretty much had to flip their bed over to get them to get up and get outside, and started looking for our cat. I had to go to the hospital for smoke inhalation and check the baby (I'm 16 weeks pregnant), but I'm fine now, just needed some oxygen

everyone got out, except our upstairs neighbors cat. my dad went up to try to save him and right before my dad went to grab him, a beam fell between them and the cat ran off and my dad couldn't reach him so he came back down. we dont know what we have left. my sisters apartment ceiling caved in, the neighbors unit is gone. ours has bad water and smoke damage on one side of the house, a long with burn Marks in the ceiling. We set up a GoFundMe to raise money and split between our family and the guy upstairs, we are hoping to get enough to replace at least my parents bed and our couch which is ruined from the water and soot. please pray for us
