Separated families

How do you mamas do it with a newborn? Does your newborn go to their fathers overnight and whatever? I have a three week old and I don’t believe that things are going to work out between us.. as they weren’t before I got pregnant and then I figured I’d try to make it work for the baby. But it’s not working. I just can’t comprehend my little girl going with him, without me!! He barely knows how to change her diaper and had NEVER woken up once when she cries. I just don’t know what to do.
