First period after miscarriage.

I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. I went for the vacuum aspiration option as my OB/GNY said it would be less scaring for future pregnancies. Within 12 hours of the procedure I had stopped bleeding.

Fast forward 9 weeks, I’ve been spotting for 3 weeks. Sometimes brown sometimes bright red and clots. No period like cramps at all. Sorry for the TMI but had anyone experienced this. My first miscarriage my period returned within 6 weeks and was totally normal.

I don’t even k ow when we can start trying again,

1- this doesn’t feel like a normal cycle

2- I haven’t seen any usuals signs of ovulation
