Help me 😓

I’m 5’7 185!!!! WTF!

Gave birth 8 months ago. I weighed 148 before pregnancy. 178 on the day I delivered. I went on mirena birth control and breast fed (I’m not breast feeding anymore 2 weeks ago my milk dried up) I eat 1,600 calories a day and exercise. Yet in the past month i have gained 5 pounds. 😡

What more can I do?

I drink blueberry diet helping tea in the morning.

Yogurt and granola for a breakfast

Every lunch is different from chicken and veggies to a turkey on whole wheat sandwich.

A granola bar or protein shake for a snack

I have a family to feed dinner to so I always take 3/4 of what I want/normally take

What am I doing so wrong here?
