weight loss tips?
im 16 and weigh around 210 and im 5’9. i did a diet before and lost 5 pound before i ran out of healthy food but it was hard to tell my actual weight because i had a heavy hair style. Does anyone have any tips and what i can do to really start losing weight? my goal is 170.
