Back on BC or pregnant?

Hey ladies i have a question, so i recently got back on BC and i haven’t had a period since February(that’s when i got off BC) and also because i was recently pregnant in March & had an abortion due to personal reasons. So now I’m back on BC and I’m “suppose” to start my period next week but i keep thinking to myself that i might be pregnant again idk. Or maybe that’s me being paranoid because i overthink everything but since yesterday i have no energy, tired, bloated, hungry, emotional, body aches, sore breast. i did have sex with me boyfriend unprotected about 2 weeks ago but that’s when i was on BC and i took two pregnancy test that came back negative but idk. Idk why i feel like this maybe because of the BC i have no clue
