how to get skinny/in shape?
I'm 20, a mother of two, and I work 40-50 hours a week, so I don't really have time to go to the gym for a few hours a day. (I work alot and my free time I like to spend at home with my SO and our kids) What are some things I can from home that will help me lose weight? Excersizes? Foods to eat/not eat? What to drink? Even the smallest things will help. Any tips are welcomed! (I've always been unhealthy... but I wanna make a change... just don't know where to start) 😢
