calling out alcoholics and drug users at work
So at my Job we have a start up meeting in the morning to go over task and projected work flow and at times the manager will assign new duties to different people. Most of the time the same people get the same duties because they excel at doing them. there this Guy I work with we will call him Bob, Bob works but everyone talks about how he allways smell like alcohol and there this tep we will call her Sally. today starts of with Bob going off on a rant about unfair duties and Sally nodding off. now one person may say that it was early and Sally was just sleep even though she is allway high and nodding and someone could say the BoB had a valid reason to be upset about the task he was ask to do. my question is would it be wrong to go HR and report them both even if they are functioning alcoholic and Drug user?
or should I and everyone keep minding there own business and just let it go. ~~it is a know fact Sally uses because she a came out a said it, to two co-workers and bob brags about how he need to drink every night after he leave work.
Update... This is crazy.
Sally was just walked out someone reported her passed out on the bathroom floor I dont know all the details. it crazy that I posted this today and then hours later this happens.im sorry for her hope she gets the help she need
