IVF abroad

My bf have gotten pregnant twice on our own but lost both babies (one miscarriage and one awful, awful loss at 21 weeks). Who has found a reputable, affordable clinic abroad, and where is it? We’re considering Turkey because my boyfriend used to live there and speaks the language fluently, but I’m open to other options.
