Stomach bug or morning sickness?

I'm almost 2 weeks late and haven't tested yet (will do this weekend). Two days ago I was woken up constantly in the night by terrible stomach pains, that morning I had severe diarrhea (sorry, I know 😦) as if I had the stomach flu. I had this last cycle as well, just before I got my period, except it wasn't as bad. Since then I've felt a little nausea at random times, felt tired most of the day but mostly a lot of gas, an empty feeling in my stomach and cramps/pain. It doesn't seem to be going away but at least no more diarrhea. Help, I've never been pregnant before so I don't know if this is what morning sickness is!
