HELP!!!!

So I’ve been getting some discharge lately and it’s super thick and slimy. It’s this weird yellow color and kinda smells. It doesn’t burn when I pee or itch at all. Sometimes it’s not thick and it just comes out like a cream and it’s a milky white. Does anyone know what this could be or how to treat it? It’s really been a hassle and I can’t get into the doctor for awhile because his schedule is full. Any tips, advice, or knowledge?
