1 beer & breastfeeding

So today around 7 I had a beer. I didn’t pump and dump. If I fed the baby will it affect her in anyway?? I read on somethings where it’s okay that she doesn’t get any of the beer then I ready she does. So I’m a little confused. Any advice?
