Going back to work ruins schedule

I guess I’m more just looking for someone to tell me it will work out? My baby is two months old and I’m going back to work in two weeks, but only working for about 5 weeks. Right now he’s great on a schedule for bedtime and waking up that he set for himself. But he doesn’t wake up until 8-9 most days. When I go back to work I will have to take him to my moms at 7. Will he be able to adjust and not make him a grumpy beast? Haha if you had to do this did your baby start going to bed earlier? I just love that he sleeps in especially on weekends.. and I’ll be sad if that goes away! Haha
