Sugar levels

Hi ladies so I haven’t been diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes however I knew this was the correct place to come to for answers.

I’m currently 9wks 4d pregnant and back in March around the time of my last period my family doctor did routine blood work on me and noticed my sugar was 103 (fasting) she said it was elevated but we’d keep a check on it. Well I found out I was pregnant and brushed at one reading off. Well the past 2wks I’ve been having symptoms like shakiness, sweats, excessive hunger/thirst, vision issues like seeing bright lights. As well as dizziness, lightheaded, and weak and jittery. It comes and goes. Well I went to the Doctor this past Tuesday and she checked my sugar it was 116 two hours after eating. She said she was old school and the numbers have changed but that she was okay with that. My question is what numbers are “normal”? My cousin is a diabetic and she said they told her now they like it to be under 110 two hours post meal and 70-99 fasting?
