Bringing home less than peer

I'm so annoyed with my coworker and manager. He drives to the customer, using his own car instead of the company car specifically so he can get milage reimbursement. He brags about making an extra $100-$200 per pay check. And even when he can call into meetings he chooses to drive there. So for ~3 hours less actual work a week he's making more money. And he charges the company for his lunch even though he's back to the office by lunch hours. Makes me so fucking mad that he's making ~4% more than me simply because he's taking advantage of the company and our management.
