Discipline

My son has started his terrible 2s already!! I need some advice or ideas how to handle these tantrums.. he is a breath holder and will pass out!! He will not stay in time out. I have tried totally firm and calmly, I have tried to pop is hand..... nothing works? He will just follow me and screaming and crying till I pick him up or he passes out from holding his breath. Which he has only done once because I pick him up before that happens! He does not do any of this at daycare! Please and advice will help!
