Nipple Piercing Help

Hey!! It’s been a while since I’ve posted my last nipple piercing questions. I was successful at getting rid of the infection I developed on my own, without the help of meds, which I am stoked about. My new question is not so much about the piercing though. I’ve noticed an increase of pale, almost white mini patches on the very tip of my nipples. They are not on the surface, but discolor just under the surface. I was wondering if it is normal for nipple piercings to discolor the nipple a bit naturally. I’ve had white spots/patches on the tip of my nipples for as long as I can remember but I never paid them much attention until now. If you have any feedback or opinions please let me know. Also good to mention; I check my breasts for any suspicious lumps every day, as well as have my boyfriend do that for a second opinion, and because he knows how my breasts feel better than anyone haha.
