Hot flashes during period???
Evening, ladies. I was wondering what people do for the “hot and cold” portion of your period, if you do experience that. I get so hot that I start sweating so I take off the blankets, drink ice cold water, and stay still and calm. But within minutes, I feel like I’m freezing to death. This goes on back and forth for hours. Anyone have any tips or advice?
