Extreme pelvic pain and bleeding. Not period not pregnant?

Went to the hospital the other night because I was spotting and in extreme pelvic pain. They did an ultra sound and a pelvic exam, they found fibroids on my ovaries (which I’ve always had for years) and I have cysts on my ovaries which I’ve known about for years. It’s honestly never really bothered me. And when it did it was off to the sides. They just sent me home with pain meds.

However this is a different pain. It’s not on the sides where my ovaries are. It’s in the center where my uterus is. It’s almost a really painful cramp, it feels hot. I can almost feel it through my rectum area. It flared up last night after my man and I had sex. It hit me right after I orgasmed. Ever since it’s still been hurting since last night, could barely sleep and I woke up crying this morning. It hurts to move the slightest bit. There’s a little bit of brown blood each time I wipe. I’m not due for my period for another 2 1/2 weeks, and not pregnant. Anyone have an idea of what this could be? I’m scared it might be endometriosis :(
