Thick, odourless clear-to-yellow discharge (on Levlen pill)

So bit of a long story but basically I’ve been on the contraceptive pill ( Levlen) for 10 months to help regulate my period and ease pain (I have endometriosis). 

Whilst is been really good for me I’ve noticed a serious increase in discharge (white to yellow, very stringy, odourless with a tinge of yellow once on paper or liner)

I’ve never been sexually active/Had penetrative sex but early last year when I was in my first relationship only did the ‘handsy’ stuff/occasionally recieved oral but no sex ever.

Went to docs October and did a swab and confirmed Candida overgrowth/yeast infection even though I had zero itch and the texture of the discharge was not typical ‘cottage cheese’ as google tells us , it’s mildly thick and stringy. Anywho got treated with the pessaries and cream for said yeast infection and it did nothing. Then I went to a different doctor and did another test came back the same and put me on fluconazole. Two courses later and still no better. 

She then tested me for clamydia even though I was confident I had no STI’s. Came back negative. I thought it was BV/Gardnerella for a while but it is generally odourless but the discharge is similar and that test came back negative. I even went to my Gyno and she looked through a speculum and said it “looked normal”. I THEN went back to my doc who did a Pap smear and called back just saying something about abnormal flora , it was very hard to understand her over the phone but I then made an appointment and she said it could just be the pill. 

Now after all that mess, my question is has anyone else had a lot of discharge on the pill? it’s so frustrating I have to wear a liner every day. Or should I get re tested for Bacterial Vaginosis/Gardnerella ? I know your not docs but I’ve been to that many health professions even a sexual health nurse despite not being sexually active who just said I think if your Gyno doesn’t think it’s anything and you’ve been testsed you should be fine’
