Hi all,

I am a FTM, my son Theodore was born on the 31/05/2018. I have tried to breast feed him but I’m at the point where I have supplemented 2 feeds now with formula due to my milk not coming in & the pain being unbearable at the moment. He’s cluster feeding every 2-3hrs. I’ve used a shield & that did help my pain but Theo got frustrated.

How can I ensure my milk comes in stat & this becomes an enjoyable process for both baby & I

I’m at the point of giving up but I don’t want to. I just didn’t think it would be this hard & painful 😖
