Mothers 🙄

I love my mother but my goodness she is such a stressful person, she over reacts to the smallest things and has always been this way. While on the phone with her we were just chit chatting when I told her that I had a feeling baby girl wouldn’t make it to her due date and might show up early as I’m losing chunks of my mucus plug. She’s always leaving town so I just told her as a heads up. She was all calm and said oh ok... and then she pulled a mom. She left me an insanely long voicemail hours after because she looked it up on google and is now convinced I’m in pre term labor 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have NO other symptoms at all and losing bits of mucus plug is totally normal. Anyways she’s freaking out that I need to go see my doctor before my next appointment and even goes as far as CALLING MY MOTHER IN LAW to tell her I’m in pre term labor and that she shouldn’t leave on her weekend trip Thursday, so I then had to explain to my mother in law that no nothing was happening. I love my mother but good God she is so stressful sometimes. I finally told her then she needed to calm down because I wasn’t in labor and nothing happening and now she’s mad that I don’t want her help 😒 I’m just waiting for her to call my husband like she always does and complain that I’m not taking her advice.
