Feel some type of way

So I'm a sub bus assistant for special needs children on the school bus. I got injured on the job back in January and I had to miss 1 month of work. The people I work for took it as a joke and not seriously. My co-worker was the driver at the time, he was on his cell phone at the time I got hurt. You're supposed to be terminated,but that didn't happen. I felt like I lost my job, not him. I had to take a month off of medical leave because I had really bad whiplash. So anyways, it was like he got a pat on the azz. I saw him in passing today, they gave him a new bus and at our annual meeting a new watch(always late, never on time). So my job never had my back, even though I went from contracted to noncontracted, I felt like I lost everything. After coming back from leave, I was only making $150/$200 every 2 weeks not my normal pay.
