"Help, I've fallen and can't get up" I decided to lay on the floor to stretch my back but as I sat up my tailbone felt like it was going to snap! so I'm laying there like well shit .. I have to roll myself over to my side and then slowly get up straight. Not to mention when I stretch my legs at night I get Charlie horses every single time. normal or nah
