My MIL Stopped talking to us

And omg am I relieved. A quick over simplified story.

My MIL complained and hated me because I didn't have a baby shower for my first. (And because I was browner than she wanted her DIL to be, and that her grandson was darker than she wanted him to be, but it was that she was upset about me not having baby parties). After my first was born, She would say I took it from her and if she could go back she would do everything she could to Celebrate me as a mother. (She has been really mean to me & my husband for 3 years now).

Fast forward to now, two months away from having our second child and she HASENT SAID A WORD TO US ABOUT THE BABY after two conversations.

The first: we announced to them and her response "you just keep it coming don't you..." a day later she texted us "congratulations" with a bunch of emojis then

4 months later we sent the entire family and her a gender announcement via mail and received a text message "I can barely contain my excitement that you're having a girl!! I always wanted a girl."

And nothing, no mention of baby shower, no how are you feeling, no communication what so ever. I guess we called her on her bluff by having a second child lol. She lived less than 20 minutes away lol

We moved away, for my husbands job and she's taking it personally. At least she's not calling me names where I can hear her any more lol
