can anyone tell me what this little bump is and how to get rid of it quickly? its on the lower left side of the outside of my vagina. i have no idea what it is. it hurts if its touched or rubbed against my clothes.

It's a cyst. Warm water with a slight bit of apple cider vinegar (very small amount or you can burn the sensitive skin) on a washcloth and held there until cool helped me when I had one. It ruptured after a few hours of cycling this and healed quickly.
